Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours by sending me a message through the Contact page.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available. Select "Juneau AK ONLY Local Pickup" during checkout, and add your contact phone or email so we can set up a time and date to pick up your order.

Privacy

Juneau Paperworks does not sell or rent your contact information; however, information provided by you or your browser may be used for regular website functions, payment processing, and marketing. Other than normal purchase, shipping, and payment communications, which may include such things as abandoned cart notifications, Juneau Paperworks will not contact you unless you sign up for the newsletter.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final, but Contact me if there is a problem with your order so I can help.

Rush Delivery

Rush delivery requests can be made through the Contact page; if I can meet your deadline, I will. However, there will be an extra $10 fee in addition to any additional shipping costs.

Sales Tax

Juneau, Alaska is a wonderful place to live and do business, and a part of this is paid for by a local sales tax of 5%. Juneau Paperworks pays these local sales taxes for online customers so the price you see is the price you pay!

Shipping

USPS orders shipped from Juneau, Alaska, in 1-4 days by First Class or Priority Mail, as selected during checkout. Unfortunately, shipping outside of North America is not currently available.
